The Vinton Branch of the Veterans' Affairs Office is located at 901 D Ave, Vinton, Iowa Benton County Landfill will be closed Saturday, September 4th and Monday September 6th for the Labor Day Holiday. The Benton County Landfill will be open Saturday September 11th from 8:00 till 11:30 a.m.
Relocated County Offices: Sheriff's Office, 901 D Ave, Formerly West Elementary Benton County Officials want to remind residents that burning of homes, hazardous materials, etc is illegal and not allowed. The Recorder's Office now accepts Mastercard or Visa! Starting January 5th, 2010, Benton County Volunteer Office winter business hours will be 10:00 am - 1 pm, Tuesday through Friday.
