The Benton County Transportation System is available to everyone within Benton County.

New Rates as of September 1, 2010

In Town service (Vinton & Belle Plaine): $2.00 Per Stop

In County round trip: $10.00

Out of County (Cedar Rapids & Waterloo): $12.00 Round Trip

Special trips available for $25.00/ hour charge by calling the office 319-472-2413

Meals: $1.00 Round Trip

School Kids: $1.25 One Way

From: Vinton (Northern Benton County) to Cedar Rapids regular Scheduled trips everyday except Wednesday

From: Vinton (Northern Benton County) to Waterloo on the 4^th Tuesday each month

Benton County Transportation is a demand responsive wheelchair-accessible, public transit system operated throughout Benton County and into the joining counties. Benton County Transportation is one of six county transit systems organized under East Central Iowa Transit System.
